Know My Trip
Destination, departure airport, dates, travelers, ages, budget, accommodations, flights, activities, preferences, dietary and accessibility needs and the purpose of the journey, organized in one place. Details from a journey arranged with us populate automatically.
My Travel Timeline
A countdown to departure with each action in the order it becomes relevant: document review, entry-requirement checks, insurance decision, payment dates, flight and seat selection, excursion reservations, traveler information, transportation, packing and airline check-in.
Passport & Entry Requirement Watch
Passport status, entry requirements, visa or electronic authorization requirements, health requirements, arrival forms and onward-travel requirements. Each item carries its official source, the date it was last verified, its recheck date and its current status.
What Am I Forgetting?
One check across the entire journey — flights, accommodations, payments, documents, entry requirements, insurance, transfers, activities, reservations, traveler details, accessibility and dietary requests and emergency contacts — returning exactly what still needs attention.
Smart Packing
A packing list shaped by the destination, the season, the length of the journey, the activities on the itinerary, cultural dress expectations and the ages of the travelers. Seasonal guidance is labeled separately from an actual forecast.

Tell the concierge what you need for the journey and it researches options and returns them with prices and source links for your review. Research is not a purchase. Nothing is ordered on your behalf.

Travel options presented side by side — total cost, travel time, number of connections, baggage and seating — with a plain explanation of how each one fits the preferences you gave us. You choose. We never declare one option objectively correct.

Everything the concierge has prepared, gathered in one place for your decision. Nothing becomes booked or purchased because research found it.
Trip Readiness
A single readiness percentage with the outstanding items named. Optional items are never counted as mandatory to move the number.
Pre-Departure Brief
In the final week: weather outlook, packing updates, flight status, terminal, baggage allowance, transfers, accommodations, first-day plan, entry documents, emergency contacts, currency and local time — then one clean screen the day before you fly.

Before any future purchase is ever presented, you will see the item, merchant, quantity, price, tax, shipping, total and the return or cancellation information that applies.
Where the dates come from
No deadline is ever invented
Deadlines involving passports, visas, electronic authorizations, entry forms, health requirements and other government requirements come from the applicable authority, airline, supplier or your own reservation record — never from an assumption. Every requirement is stored with its authority, source link, the date and person who verified it, its recheck date and its status. When something changes, you're told it changed and pointed back to the official source before you travel.

The self-service traveler portal is in development. My Passport Concierge™ does not presently buy products, place orders, monitor live fares, access airline reservations or monitor government sources automatically. Online booking and payment are not active on this website, and no such capability will be described as operational before it is genuinely connected and tested.
