Current public-site safeguards
This public site does not currently collect passport numbers, passport images, dates of birth, payment-card information or other sensitive identity documents. Secure traveler-document storage, encryption, role-based access and hosted payment processing are part of the backend system currently under development and will not be enabled until implementation and security testing are complete.
Information we collect
Today this website collects only what you send us through the trip request form and the contact form: your contact details, who is travelling, your dates, your budget range and what matters to you on the trip. It does not collect passport numbers, identity documents or payment details, and it does not ask you to upload them.
How we use it
To research, design and quote your travel, and to correspond with you about it.
Identity documents — not yet collected
Passport numbers, dates of birth and identity documents are not collected through this website. When secure document handling is introduced, it will use private storage, expiring access links, access logging and restriction to the people working on your booking — and this policy will be updated to describe the system that is actually in place at that time, not an intention.
Payments — not yet accepted
No payments are accepted through this website today. Hosted payment processing is part of the backend system under development and will not be enabled until implementation, provider configuration, owner authorization and security testing are complete.
Sharing with suppliers
We share only what a supplier needs to deliver your travel — for example, names as they appear on a passport for an airline booking.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it for legal or financial reasons.
